Our mission is to promote local agriculture through responsible meat sales. We have spent over ten years building a trusted network of small family farms in Maine. We offer a huge variety of in-house butchered cuts and roasts to fit any budget. In an effort to promote sustainable buying habits, we always encourage our customers to try options beyond tenderloin and ribeye.

• Top Round, NY Strip Roasts, Sirloin Tip, Spoon Roasts, and Tri-Tips make excellent roast beef.

• Chuck Roasts, Short Rib Plates, Briskets, and Beef Shin Roasts all make great slow roasts and pot roasts.

• Pork Rib Roasts and Tuscan style Porchetta can be show stoppers.

• And don’t forget the fowl… Capons, Ducks, and Geese!
