Holiday Order FAQ

How do I place an order?

To place an order, click on a button above labeled “Holiday Menus” for entrees, sides and desserts or “Butcher Orders” and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. If you do not see what you are looking for, we encourage you to stop in store so we can best help you with your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please email us at customerservice@bleeckerandgreer.com Include your name and specific change needed. Please DO NOT place another order to make additions.

Can I order other items (ex. cheese, sliced meats) from the store for pickup?

YES! Please email or visit us in store to discuss your other Christmas grocery needs. Please remember, if you have already submitted a HOLIDAY ORDER (form on website) you will pick up those items at the little red shack which is reserved for Christmas Sides & Desserts and Christmas Butcher pick-ups. This system helps to minimize crowded conditions inside the main store. Thank you for your cooperation.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

We will email you 1-3 days business days after your order form is filled out to confirm we have received it. Final confirmation emails containing the full breakdown of your order will go out no later than December 22nd. Check your junk and spam folders!

When and where do I pick up my order?

Pickup days are Tuesday, December 23rd and Wednesday, December 24th. You will pickup your order OUTSIDE at the little red building next to the picnic area. This system helps to minimize crowded conditions inside the main store.

Why do I have to provide credit card information?

We collect credit card information at the time of ordering to ease your pickup process. If we have your information, we will put your bags with your name and itemized receipt on them and you are free to take them any time during your selected pickup window. If we do not have your payment information, you will need to come to the shack and have your credit card ready to pay there which can slow down the pickup process for you. Credit cards are not charged until the day before or the day of your pickup.
